Restoration


They (don't ask who just go with the flow) say it takes 30 days to form a new habit. I need to replace a few habits. Here goes day one, so far so good.*thinking to self* maybe i should do a before and after

  7. Good Luck. Leery of self-help ideas, I've always wondered if that works...the only habits I am able to take up for 30 consecutive days seem to be the bad kind...I guess we'll just have to wait for Sep 6th for feedback? Good luck

  13. Now that's an interesting saying. Had not contemplated that at all. With my luck, bet it will be some crappy habit, that will take me 2 years to get rid of. Yech!
